Vicki Michele Clark is the President and founder of "Arise and Shine Outreach Ministries". She has a Bachelors in Theology & Biblical Studies and also has served for 30 years in the healthcare profession as a Registered Nurse. The mission of ASOM is to nurture, encourage, empower and equip women to use their God given gifts and talents to enhance and develop their quality of life, and become agents of change in the world through education, discipleship, stewardship and servant leadership
